USING THE SITE
Use the site for lawful purposes only. Do not attempt to break, overload, scrape, or gain unauthorized access to the site, and do not submit information that is false or that belongs to someone else.
SIGN UP FORMS
When you submit a form you confirm that the information is accurate, that the email address and mobile number are yours, and that you are 21 or older where the form says so. Signing up adds you to our list so we can contact you. It is not a reservation, an offer, or a promise of any benefit.
TEXT MESSAGES
If you give us your mobile number and check the consent box, you agree to receive recurring marketing and informational text messages from Regulars, including news, events, and notice of when gaming is available. Message frequency varies. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. You can leave the mobile field blank and hear from us by email instead.
Message and data rates may apply. Regulars does not charge for the messages, but your carrier may.
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will get one message confirming that you have been removed, and then no further messages unless you sign up again. Reply HELP for help, or email info@regularslv.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
We do not sell mobile numbers or share them with third parties for their own marketing. They are shared only with the service that sends messages on our behalf. Give us only a number you control, and tell us at info@regularslv.com if it changes or is reassigned. See our Privacy Policy for more.
RESERVATIONS
Reservations are handled through SevenRooms. Booking through SevenRooms is also subject to their terms and privacy policy.
OUR CONTENT
The Regulars name, logo, and the text, images, and design on this site belong to us or are used with permission. Do not copy or use them commercially without our written permission. Photography on the site may be used for illustration and may not depict the venue.
ACCURACY
We try to keep the site accurate, but hours, menus, events, and the timing of gaming may change without notice. Nothing on this site is a guarantee that a particular item or amenity will be offered.
GAMING
Gaming is not currently offered at Regulars. Any reference to gaming on this site describes what is planned and is subject to obtaining all required licenses and approvals. Nothing here is an offer to conduct gaming or a solicitation to gamble.
LINKS
The site may link to services we do not control, such as Instagram. We are not responsible for their content or their practices.
DISCLAIMER AND LIABILITY
The site is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind to the extent allowed by law. To the extent allowed by law, Regulars is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.
GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict of laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada.
CHANGES
We may update these terms. The version posted here, with its effective date, is the one that applies.
