WHAT WE COLLECT

What you give us. Your name, email address, and, if you choose to provide it, your mobile number, along with your confirmation that you are 21 or older. You give us this when you sign up on our site.

What is collected automatically. Standard technical information such as IP address, browser and device type, referring page, and pages viewed. Our site is hosted on Webflow, which collects this to serve and secure the site.

Reservations. If you book a table, you do it through our reservation provider, SevenRooms. They collect your booking details under their own privacy policy and share them with us so we can manage your visit.

We do not ask for and do not want payment card numbers, government identification numbers, or any sensitive personal information through this site.

WHY WE COLLECT IT

To send you news and events from Regulars and to tell you when gaming is available. To manage reservations and your visit. To operate, secure, and improve the site. To comply with law.

WHO WE SHARE IT WITH

Service providers that work on our behalf, including our website host, our reservation provider, our email platform, and our text messaging provider. They may use your information only to provide services to us.

We may disclose information if required by law, by subpoena, or by a regulator, or to protect our rights, our guests, or our staff. If the business is sold or reorganized, guest information may transfer as part of that transaction.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

HOW LONG WE KEEP IT

We keep sign up information while your interest is active and for a reasonable period afterward, unless you ask us to delete it or we are required to keep it longer.

YOUR CHOICES

Email. Use the unsubscribe link in any message.

Text. Reply STOP to any message. Full text message terms are in our Terms of Use.

Gaming marketing. To stop all marketing about gaming by any channel, email info@regularslv.com and we will remove you.

Access and deletion. Email info@regularslv.com and ask us to tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Nevada residents also have the right to tell a business not to sell their covered information; we do not sell it, and you can still submit that request to info@regularslv.com.

COOKIES

The site uses cookies that are necessary to make it work and, where enabled, basic analytics cookies. You can block cookies in your browser settings, but parts of the site may stop working properly.

CHILDREN

This site is meant for people 21 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, email info@regularslv.com and we will delete it.

CHANGES

We may update this policy. The version posted here, with its effective date, is the one that applies.
